Single Sign On (SSO)

The Single Sign On (SSO) feature allows users to login to the Mailsphere portal with their Office365 profile. An administrator can choose to activate their Mailsphere account for SSO authentication.

How to activate Single Sign On (SSO)

Enabling Single Sign On

Click 'Edit Organisation' and scroll down the page.

Click the switch under 'Single Sign-on'.

Click the 'Authorising Single Sign On' button.

Authorise Mailsphere to query users' data from your domain

Pick an account and login to it. You can choose 'Use another account' if your account is not shown there.

Click 'Accept' to authorise Mailsphere to read directory data and user profiles.

The above screen shows that the authorisation process is complete and you can now close the window.

Update Organisation

Return to the edit organisation page and click the 'Update Organisation' button to complete the process.

How to sign in to Mailsphere with your Office 365 account

Login to the Mailsphere portal with your Office 365 account

Click 'Sign in with Office 365' to login to the Mailsphere portal with your Office 365 account.

Click the 'LOG IN AT MAILSPHERE365.ONM...' button.

Enter your email address and password here, and click 'Sign in' to login to the Mailsphere portal.
