Directing All Quarantine Reports to a single user - Exchange 2010

The following instructions show how all the quarantine reports can be redirected to a single user.

Create a new Organisation Transport Rule

Create a new Organisation Transport Rule

Open the Exchange Management Console and select Organisation - Hub Transport followed by Create New Transport Rule

Set the Conditions for the Transport Rule

Set the Conditions for the Transport Rule

For the conditions set the following parameters:

1. from people = notification@mailsphere.mx

2. when the subject field contains the words = you've got spam

Once these two rules have been added click Next

Set the Actions for the Transport Rule

Set the Actions for the Transport Rule

In the Actions add a rule to redirect the messages to the desired email address. Select the email address from the list of AD users.

Select Next to continue.

Add any Exceptions

Add any Exceptions

If you would like to exclude some users from this action then they can be added as exceptions using the 'Except when the message is sent to people or to a member of a distribution list' rules.

Click Next to continue.

Click New to add the new transport rule and the Finish when the final screen confirms the rule has been created.
